This volunteer position is a hands-on learning opportunity designed for individuals who want to understand the daily mechanics and operational workflow of a top-rated collaborative healthcare environment from the inside out.

What You Will Learn & Do

  • Interdisciplinary Exposure: Work directly alongside family physicians and our broader healthcare team to understand how a multi-disciplinary clinic operates.
  • Clinic Operations: Gain practical exposure to patient flow, appointment triaging, and medical administration.
  • Administrative Support: Assist our team with day-to-day organizational tasks and front-desk workflows.
  • Patient Experience: Help maintain the high standard of care and welcoming environment that earned our 4.9-star reputation.

Qualifications & Assets

  • Language (Bonus): Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset to better serve our local Chinatown community.
  • Availability: Highly flexible scheduling; we can accommodate your existing commitments.
