Join Our Friendly Dental Team!

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. If you enjoy helping people, have great communication skills, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

No dental experience is required. Full training will be provided. We proudly welcome newcomers to Canada and candidates looking to start a career in healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.
  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
