Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in dental offices is a plus. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming office atmosphere while developing valuable administrative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tool
  • Handle filing, document organization, and general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and proofreading documents
  • Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic administrative tasks related to office operations
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles
  • Familiarity with DENTAL SOFTWARE Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic computer skills
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and proofreading
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Prior experience in dental office settings is preferred .
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
