About us

We’re a gut-focused, prescribed rapid weight loss program designed to deliver gut-guided, fat-targeted, and muscle-preserving results—helping our clients finally achieve sustainable weight loss while building gut-supportive habits for life.

We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, takes initiative, and is highly solutions-focused. An “all in” mindset is essential—your passion for helping clients succeed is what drives you day-to-day. We operate as a team with clear goals, and this role requires full engagement and ownership.

While this is a remote opportunity, every minute counts. Your time during working hours is expected to be focused, intentional, and fully dedicated to client care and support.

Because this role is highly client-facing and plays a central role in the overall client experience, consistency and reliability are essential. This position acts as the “glue” of client care, so we’re looking for someone who can maintain a steady, dependable presence throughout their working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize electronic medical records and gut analysis data to monitor, guide, and ensure client adherence to weight loss protocols within the app
  • Provide ongoing support through scheduled remote consultations (video and phone) at key milestones throughout the client journey
  • Guide prospective and existing clients through program onboarding in a consultative, sales-oriented capacity
  • Create and contribute to educational content, including social posts, group coaching content, and program meal plans as needed
  • Actively monitor and engage within the app—responding to client questions, providing real-time support, and maintaining a high level of responsiveness
  • Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to support client needs, including program setup, logistics, and deliveries
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience from start to finish
  • Stay current with nutrition research and trends, particularly in weight loss, gut health, and metabolic support

Qualifications

  • Certification as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist or equivalent eg. (Registered Dietician, Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant)
  • Strong understanding of weight loss strategies, metabolic health, and gut-focused nutrition principles
  • Confident in both coaching and consultative sales conversations
  • Excellent communication and client care skills, with a high-touch, service-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Highly self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable with digital tools and platforms for client management, communication, and education
  • Experience with gut analysis, food intolerance testing, or similar diagnostic tools is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00-$4,200.00 per month
