Part-Time Receptionist – Cosmetic Dermatology & Medical Aesthetics

DermEffects Cosmetics – London, ON

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

DermEffects Cosmetics is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing cosmetic team.

This is much more than a traditional reception role. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service from the moment a patient walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm cosmetic appointments.
  • Check patients in and out efficiently.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist with daily administrative and front desk duties.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Support the cosmetic team with promotions, events, and day-to-day operations.
  • Educate patients on cosmetic services and skincare products while directing them to the appropriate provider.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous reception or customer service experience.
  • Experience in a medical office, spa, salon, or cosmetic clinic is considered an asset.
  • Sales or retail experience is an asset.
