Purpose:

The purpose of a Operations Associate - Warehouse and Equipment Support is to efficiently manage and handle various tasks within a warehouse to ensure smooth operations. The warehouse associates play a crucial role in supporting the supply chain by managing inventory flow, maintaining order accuracy, and contributing to timely distribution of goods.

Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday: 10AM-9PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and personal safety responsibilities
  • Ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensures that all customer orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle and maintain equipment and supplies according to established procedures
  • Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, labeling, Kit assembly and staging
  • Responsible for returning all cancelled, double picked, unsuccessful orders to stock.
  • Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and tracking of equipment and inventory
  • Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and organization of storage areas
  • Record information related to inventory, equipment, or errors as required
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve operational issues
  • Participate in required training and continuous improvement activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in warehouse, operations, equipment handling, or technical support is an asset

Work Environment:
  • Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments (extreme heat/cold)
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull materials consistently throughout the shift.

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
