About the Role
As a SaaS Practice Consultant Sales Support, you’ll be the go-to expert for onboarding and training new employees on our platform. You’ll deliver high-impact software demonstrations, guide clinics through implementation, and ensure they achieve measurable success with BoomerangFX. This role is a critical link between sales and customer success, helping new employees' transition smoothly and adopt our technology to grow the business. You’ll manage multiple SMB accounts, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure every client has a seamless experience.
We are seeking a proven clinic operations leader with direct experience managing multi-provider practices, owning EMR workflows, patient intake, scheduling, billing, and the end-to-end patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead live software training sessions for new internal teams
- Own the onboarding process for your portfolio of accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Develop training materials and workflow plans
- Stay current on product updates and act as a subject matter expert
- Transition clients to Customer Success once onboarding is complete
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health sciences, or related field
Required Skills
- 3-5 years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer success
- Experience in a sales support role is required.
- Proven experience managing clinic operations, EMR workflows, patient intake, scheduling, billing, and end-to-end patient experience
- Experience with healthcare SaaS, MedSpa, EMR, CRM (HubSpot preferred), or Martech platforms and private-pay revenue workflows
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Technical aptitude and comfort with remote training tools
Location: Onsite – 5 days per week (Mississauga)
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus
Equity: Eligible to participate in BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan after 6 months
