Medical Office Assistant (Full-Time) – Valley ENT Langley/Abbotsford

Location: Langley, BC & Abbotsford, BC (Initial training in Abbotsford for 4–8 weeks)

About the Role:

Valley ENT is seeking a Full-Time Medical Office Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced specialty medical office.

This is a shared position between our Langley and Abbotsford clinics and requires the flexibility to work at both locations. Initial training will take place in Abbotsford for approximately 4–8 weeks.

Following training, your primary work location will be Langley; however, travel between both clinics will be required as needed to provide coverage for vacations, illnesses, locums, and other operational needs.

Reliable transportation is required. Mileage reimbursement for travel between clinic locations is provided after the successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner

Schedule appointments and process referrals

Register new patients and maintain electronic medical records

Answer phones and manage front desk operations

Organize patient charts, files, and office documentation

Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, reports, and other correspondence

Perform medical device reprocessing

Provide general administrative support to the clinical team

Operate and maintain standard office equipment and office systems

Previous experience in a medical office or administrative role preferred(but we are willing to train the right candidate)

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between our Langley and Abbotsford clinics as required

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
