Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced GP Family Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, including acute and chronic disease management, pediatric care, pain management, and home care. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment with a focus on patient-centered care and collaborative practice. Candidates with hospital experience, research background, and proficiency in medical technology are highly valued. The role involves utilizing electronic health records such as Epic and Cerner systems to ensure accurate data collection and efficient patient documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care across a broad spectrum of medical conditions, including acute care and chronic disease management.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Coordinate patient treatments, referrals, and follow-up care to ensure continuity of care.
  • Offer home care services for eligible patients to improve health outcomes outside the clinical setting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Medical degree with valid licensure as a Family Physician or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in hospital settings or primary care clinics preferred; experience in acute care, pain management, pediatrics, or home care is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Accuro
  • Prior experience in research or data collection projects is a plus.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients and staff.
  • Knowledge of medication administration protocols and home care procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced clinical environments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Pay: $130,647.70-$447,403.86 per year
