We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our facility and growing clinical team at our Richmond Hill location.

Available shifts are Tuesdays (day time) and Fridays (day time) - potentially more shifts available in the future.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, and be proficient in multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
● Patient check-in, scheduling appointments, responding to telephone & in-person inquiries
● Fax, photocopy, scanning as required
● Clinical maintenance (inlcudes treatment room, staff room, etc)
● Complete third party forms & letters when required
● Assist practitioner in maintaining records
● Providing support for effective functioning of the clinic, general office organization, management and administrative support
● Maintaining general cleanliness of clinic space
● Conducting phone calls for returning patients

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about providing excellent customer service in the healthcare industry. A qualified candidate must possess:

● A recognized medical office administration program diploma, or equivalent work/education
experience
● Energetic, positive, friendly and outgoing
● Experience with Janeapp Online Platform and/or high level of computer proficiency
● Taking payment through various methods including direct billing with affiliated insurances
● Ability to work independently and take initiative. Able to analyze processes and workflows and identify issues and possible improvements
● Proficient computer and phone skills
● Multi-tasker, great organizational skills, detail-oriented, quick learner, and good memory
● Adaptable and able to anticipate changing workflow
● Punctual, reliable, and flexible
● Passion for health, wellness and helping others
● Able to work well in a team environment, able to learn well from others
● Willingness to learn and train under leadership
● Ability to communicate in other languages a bonus

Experience is preferred but not required - paid training will be provided.
