Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, skincare treatments, and beauty enhancements in a welcoming environment. This role involves delivering personalized consultations, performing various aesthetic procedures, and promoting retail products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting focused on health, beauty, and wellness.

Duties

  • Perform professional skincare consultations and assess clients’ skin conditions and treatment goals.
  • Provide advanced facial treatments including Hydrafacial procedures and customized chemical peels.
  • Educate clients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and client safety.
  • Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and consent forms.
  • Ensure all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
  • Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans based on individual client needs.
  • Maintain a high standard of client care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Follow all clinic protocols, infection prevention procedures, and Toronto/Public Health standards where applicable.

Experience

  • Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in a medical or non medical spa setting following diploma, certification, or graduate training
  • Current certification and practical experience with:
  • Hydrafacial
  • Chemical peels
  • Assets (Bonus Qualifications)
  • Certification and/or experience with:
  • Laser hair removal
  • Microneedling
  • CO₂ laser treatments
  • Carbon peels
  • Tattoo removal
  • Core Competencies
  • Strong understanding of skin types, skin conditions, and treatment contraindications
  • Ability to create customized, results-driven treatment plans
  • Efficient, detail-oriented, and protocol-driven approach to treatments
  • Professional, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced med spa environment

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
