Full job description

Duties:

- One year work experience in Medical Aesthetics preffered

- Perform laser hair removal treatments and other laser procedures
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment
- Educate clients on laser procedures, pre- and post-treatment care, and expected results
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Assist with retail sales of skincare products and recommend appropriate products to clients

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Laser Technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of laser hair removal techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with skincare products and their benefits
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
