Qualifications:
- Associate’s/Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field required.
- MLT certification (ASCP or equivalent) preferred or eligible within a specified timeframe.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
