Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Lab Assistant/Dental Assistant, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will directly support laboratory production of orthodontic appliances. In this vital role, you will assist dental professionals with laboratory tasks, maintain clinic flow in the sterilization and preparation of patient areas. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment dedicated to improving oral health.

Duties

  • Help with laboratory tasks such as creating molds, models, retainers and clear aligners using the latest technologies like 3D Printers and Orthodontic Software.
  • Support dental staff by sterilizing instruments, setting up treatment areas, and managing supply inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment notes, and laboratory work using medical terminology.
  • Ensure all clinical areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.

Experience

  • Prior experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and patients.
