Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) - General X-Ray and Mammography

Sign-On Bonus up to $3,000 + Relocation Assistance up to $3,000

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual/Relief

Starting Wage: Starting at $37.42 per hour, plus evening and weekend shift premiums. Salary is determined by experience and additional certification.

This role can be full-time, part-time or a casual relief position. The successful candidates will be motivated, quality driven and possess excellent patient care skills. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates. Preference will be given to those credentialed in mammography; however, candidates with some exposure to mammography who are eager to grow and develop in this role are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation will be based on skill set and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform General Radiography (X-Ray) procedures with strong attention to quality, safety, and patient experience.
  • Work collaboratively with technologists and radiologists in a fast-paced clinic environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a consistent, patient-centered workflow.

Nice-to-haves (paid at a higher rate when applicable)

  • Mammography and/or BMD training/experience

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved Radiography program.
  • CMRITO registration in good standing (new grads considered prior to certification).
  • Meets CMRITO Essential Competencies and can work accurately, independently, and as part of a team.
