What We Seek

We are looking for a Full‑time Registered Dental Assistant who is:

  • Registered with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants.
  • Has minimum 2+ years of assisting experience chairside experience, including prosthodontics. New Grad RDA's will be considered if you are highly motivated to learn.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, diligent, dependable, and a team player.
  • Able to stay on top of a busy schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills with patients and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid RDA certification and current practice permit in Alberta including Prosthodontics.
  • Prosthodontics Module — required, to assist with prosthetic crown/bridge-related procedures.
  • Proficient with Dentrix - required.
  • Ability to take digital dental X-rays, maintain infection control protocols, perform sterilization, and prepare instruments.

Work Hours

  • Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Must be available 2 Saturdays a month 9: 00 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Additional flexibility appreciated; schedule subject to future growth of the practice.
