Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Holistic Practitioner to join our vibrant wellness team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive holistic health services that promote balance, healing, and overall well-being for our clients. Your expertise will help individuals achieve their health goals through personalized, integrative approaches that combine mind, body, and spirit. Duties

  • Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual health needs using active listening and intuitive skills
  • Develop customized holistic treatment plans incorporating modalities such as energy healing, herbal medicine, nutritional guidance, and mindfulness techniques
  • Educate clients on healthy lifestyle practices and self-care strategies to support ongoing wellness
  • Maintain detailed client records, including treatment progress and personalized recommendations
  • Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay current with emerging holistic health trends and continuously enhance your skills through ongoing education
  • Create a welcoming environment that fosters trust, comfort, and positive energy during each session

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Holistic Practitioner or in a related holistic health field
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to holistic therapies
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and actively listen to client concerns
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure clients feel valued, supported, and empowered
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and compassion
  • Certification or licensing in relevant holistic modalities is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to pursue required credentials is appreciated
  • A genuine passion for promoting health, healing, and personal growth in others
