**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze clients' insurance needs and present suitable options

- Negotiate insurance terms with underwriters to secure the best policies for clients

- Communicate effectively with clients to explain coverage details and assist with claims

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and offerings

- Provide outstanding customer service to build and maintain client relationships

- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets

**Skills:**

- must have OTL licence

- Strong analytical skills to assess clients' insurance requirements

- Excellent negotiation skills to secure optimal insurance terms for clients

- Experience in outside sales or retail sales is beneficial

- Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential clients

- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging diverse clientele
