About the Role

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in servicing and growing our personal insurance portfolio. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring clients receive tailored coverage that meets their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted insurance advisor.
  • Policy Servicing & Renewals – Manage a personal lines book of business, conduct detailed policy reviews, and ensure clients have the best available options at renewal.
  • Risk Assessment & Re-Marketing – Assess risk exposure, recommend appropriate coverage, and re-market policies when necessary to secure optimal solutions for clients.
  • Claims Support & Advocacy – Guide clients through claims processes and act as their advocate to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Process Efficiency & Accuracy – Ensure all client interactions, policy changes, and documentation are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Technology Utilization – Leverage digital tools to enhance client communication, streamline workflows, and improve the overall client experience.
