Synergie is recruiting for multiple Bilingual Health Information Associates in the Legal Services Sector.
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about supporting healthcare operations? We are seeking a Bilingual Health Information Associate to review and manage sensitive medical information, support process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise, contribute to special projects, mentor team members, and play a key role in maintaining operational excellence within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Review medical records and generate accurate reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Support special projects, escalations, and service delivery initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs and protect confidential information
  • Assist with training, procedure development, and knowledge sharing

Requirements:
  • Be fully bilingual in French and English with excellent communication skills
  • Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in a specialized healthcare, records review, or related field
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite effectively and work independently or within a team
