Inside Sales Representative - Hybrid
  • Are you competitive?

  • Are you motivated to exceed sales targets?
If so, this could be the role for you.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Supply Sales, you will be responsible for growing our hardware and consumable business by developing new accounts and maintaining existing business. As the successful candidate you won't be afraid to make outbound calls, you enjoy building relationships with customers and have a preference to work in a fast pace sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales quota
  • Offer quotes on product to potential customers
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and current clients to achieve sales
  • Develop an individual business plan to determine how to achieve sales quotas
  • Predict future sales based on past trends
  • Administer a business plan for one-on-one meetings
To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1+ years experience in a sales role required
  • Ability to identify client patterns and other sales trends
  • Strong computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good process management skills

Our compensation policies and practices have been designed to allow colleagues to progress through the salary range over time as they progress in their role. The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
  • On Target Earnings (OTE) $63,100 - $67,100 annually (uncapped commission). Actual OTE is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
