Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. As a Product Manager for Okta Device Access, you will own key product areas and contribute to the continued evolution of ODA to meet customer and business needs. You will work closely with senior product leaders, engineering, and design to define how enterprise organizations secure and manage identity on Windows and macOS endpoints - from deploying the first device, to day two troubleshooting, to fleet level visibility. - Collaborate with engineering, design and research teams to define and document user stories and use-cases to guide product development.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and pain points, and use this information to inform innovation, product decisions and prioritization
- Engage with customers to deeply understand their challenges with respect to broad enterprise and consumer use cases.
- Define and communicate product requirements, including features, user experience, and technical specifications, to engineering teams.
- Leverage product data to continually get smarter about how to improve our existing products, and work across the business to drive adoption and success
- Work with Product Marketing to clearly articulate Okta's differentiation versus market alternatives
