Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our healthcare team. Duties

  • Operate ultrasound equipment to capture clear, accurate images of internal organs, tissues, and blood flow

  • Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, findings, and patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations

  • Stay current with technological advancements and best practices in diagnostic sonography

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or similar role in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency with various ultrasound equipment and imaging techniques
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately document findings and communicate effectively with medical teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to comfort patients during procedures and explain processes clearly
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Certification or licensure as required by state or local regulations for sonographers
  • Nice-to-have: Additional certifications in specialized imaging areas or advanced ultrasound techniques
