- Review content created by copywriters, medical writers, and cross-functional teams for scientific accuracy, relevance, and brand differentiation.
- Maintain understanding of assigned therapeutic landscapes through competitive analyses, literature review, and emerging clinical updates.
- Contribute to RFPs, pitches, and account growth by developing research summaries, medical content, and strategic inputs.
Qualifications
Required:
- PhD, MD, or PharmD degree with demonstrated ability to interpret clinical and scientific information for healthcare audiences.
- Experience analyzing clinical literature, scientific data, or therapeutic landscapes and turning findings into written recommendations or POVs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills shown through scientific writing, presentations, publications, client materials, or academic work.
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals with examples of applying audience, brand, or positioning considerations to scientific communication.
- Organizational skills demonstrated through managing multiple deliverables, deadlines, workstreams, or stakeholder inputs.
Desired:
- Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
- 3+ years of experience in medical strategy, medical communications, pharmaceutical consulting, or a related life sciences role.
- Agency experience supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences clients.
- Experience presenting medically related recommendations to clients, senior stakeholders, or cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting business development, RFPs, pitch research, or new opportunity development.
