  • Experience analyzing clinical literature, scientific data, or therapeutic landscapes and turning findings into written recommendations or POVs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills shown through scientific writing, presentations, publications, client materials, or academic work.
  • Knowledge of marketing fundamentals with examples of applying audience, brand, or positioning considerations to scientific communication.
  • Organizational skills demonstrated through managing multiple deliverables, deadlines, workstreams, or stakeholder inputs.

Desired:

  • 3+ years of experience in medical strategy, medical communications, pharmaceutical consulting, or a related life sciences role.
  • Agency experience supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences clients.
  • Experience presenting medically related recommendations to clients, senior stakeholders, or cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting business development, RFPs, pitch research, or new opportunity development.
