- Support and mentor team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on contract management best practices.
- Lead and contribute to projects and initiatives that strengthen contract management practices and improve digital service delivery.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, vendors, colleagues, and stakeholders across government. Prepare and deliver presentations, recommendations, and reports on contract management matters to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex contractual concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading project teams or serving as a subject matter expert on cross-functional initiatives.
- Knowledge of current digital technologies and trends and their impact on service delivery and procurement requirements.
Assets include:
- Experience supporting ITIL Service Support processes.
- Knowledge of vendor management frameworks and technology service delivery models. Experience in public sector procurement and contract management environments.
