What you will need to be part of our great team….

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, administration, or relevant roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Possess a friendly and outgoing personality, with a genuine passion for interacting with customers.
  • Display computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior knowledge and experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is considered an asset.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a high level of responsibility and reliability.
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment, remaining adaptable and composed under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Embrace a positive attitude, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Maintain full flexibility in availability, including weekdays, weekends, and statutory holidays.
  • Demonstrate fluency in computer operations and the ability to deliver effective written and oral communications

What you will do….

  • Provide exceptional assistance and promptly address guest inquiries regarding bookings, dining, spa reservations, and activities, ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in process and surpassing service standards in settling guest accounts.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and security measures to safeguard guest rooms, personal information, and belongings.
  • Ensure prompt delivery of specialty items and attend to specific guest requirements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exude a friendly and courteous demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere and leaving a positive impression on every guest interaction.
  • Seize revenue opportunities by presenting guests with alternatives and upgrades to elevate their experiences.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the resort.
  • Safely and professionally operate vehicles, assigning them to the appropriate individuals as needed.
