Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and reliable Dental Receptionist with experience to join our team Monday to Thursday and Saturday. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, highly organized, and has excellent communication skills, along with a positive and proactive attitude. If you’re seeking a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can truly make a difference in patients’ experiences, Casa Dental is the place for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
  • Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information
  • Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) system
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
  • Provide administrative support to dental staff
  • Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth operation of the front desk area
  • Follow office protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting
  • Familiarity with Tracker or similar software
  • Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and dental staff
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
