Full-Time Dental Receptionist – Milton, Ontario

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice in Milton on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of dental reception experience and strong experience using Tracker dental software, as this is the main software used in our office. Familiarity with MaxAssist is also required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls and greeting patients
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Managing recalls, cancellations, and the daily schedule
  • Processing insurance claims and collecting payments
  • Coordinating treatment plans and future appointments
  • Maintaining accurate patient information and supporting the dental team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of dental reception experience
  • Strong knowledge of Tracker software
  • Familiarity with MaxAssist
  • Good knowledge of dental terminology and insurance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work in a busy environment

Position: Full-Time
Location: Milton, Ontario
Compensation: Based on experience
