Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth consultations that confidently convert into treatment plans
  • Deliver advanced treatments such as laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, microneedling, and skin mapping
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Recommend packages, memberships, and skincare products to maximize client results and revenue
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage bookings through our CRM system

Who You Are

  • Certified Medical Aesthetician with a diploma from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics with proven sales performance
  • Confident closer who thrives in a target-driven environment
  • Skilled at upselling, objection handling, and building trust with clients
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Able to travel between clinic locations across the Greater Toronto Area as needed
