Full job description

Licensed Esthetician – ICE21

We are currently seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our team at ICE21!

Our spa specializes in advanced facial treatments using LED and Infrared Light Therapy, SharpLight technology, RF treatments, CRYO, and microneedling. We proudly use the high-performance KB Pure skincare line in all of our treatments.

We are looking for someone who is professional, confident, and passionate about skincare, with experience in the beauty industry and a strong background in sales. The ideal candidate is results-driven, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is confident recommending treatments and skincare products.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Esthetician
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (required)
  • Experience in the beauty or medical aesthetics industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their goals

Responsibilities:

  • Perform customized facials tailored to each client's skin type and concerns
  • Recommend and sell KB Pure skincare products
  • Upsell treatments and treatment packages
  • Provide exceptional client care while maintaining a professional environment

What We Offer:

  • Starting pay of $19/hour, increasing to $21/hour after 2 months
  • Commission and tips
  • Flexible scheduling — you are only required to come in when you have clients booked
  • A supportive, growth-focused environment
  • Ongoing training (experience with advanced technologies or KB Pure is an asset, but not required)

We are open every day except Saturdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
