Duties

• Greet patients warmly and handle all front desk responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records using Epic software, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Coordinate patient check-ins and check-outs, verifying insurance details and updating personal information
• Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, appointment reminders, and processing payments
• Support clinical staff by preparing patient files and ensuring all documentation is complete and organized
• Handle correspondence via email or phone, providing clear information about procedures and clinic policies

Skills

• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record systems or similar medical software platforms
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to cosmetic procedures and treatments
• Experience with cosmetic clinic office management software is a plus
• Previous experience as a cosmetic clinic receptionist or in a busy medical office environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients, staff, and vendors across multiple channels
• Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Solid administrative experience in healthcare settings, including appointment scheduling and record keeping

Pay: $18.30-$28.49 per hour
