Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and aesthetic services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise will help educate clients on skincare routines, recommend suitable treatments, and provide personalized solutions to meet their aesthetic goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skills with outstanding guest service in a lively, supportive environment. All roles are paid positions, including internships, ensuring you gain valuable experience while earning.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials ,microneedling, application with precision and care.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare instructions to promote ongoing skin health.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and upsell relevant skincare products and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area following strict sanitation protocols to ensure client safety and comfort.
  • Provide excellent guest services by greeting clients warmly, addressing their questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales efficiently.
  • Support team efforts by participating in promotional events, product demos, and retail sales initiatives to boost overall business growth.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients and address their needs confidently.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment options clearly and engagingly.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a hygienic environment.
  • Experience or interest in retail sales, upselling products, and promoting treatments effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while delivering outstanding hospitality and guest experiences.
