Medical Aesthetician / Laser Specialist

Sol Skin Spa | Mississauga, ON

Job Type: Full-Time

Sol Skin Spa is looking for an experienced Medical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist to join our team in Mississauga.

This is a hybrid position combining hands-on aesthetic treatments with front desk and client care responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments.
  • Conduct consultations and recommend treatment plans.
  • Provide facials, Hydrafacial and other aesthetic services.
  • Manage front desk duties, including bookings, phone calls, client check-ins, and payments.
  • Support client retention, rebooking, and retail sales.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure excellent client care.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on laser experience – MANDATORY.
  • Medical Aesthetics diploma or certification.
  • Strong knowledge of laser safety, skin types, and treatment parameters.
  • Experience with medical-grade laser devices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and sales skills.
  • Comfortable balancing clinical treatments with reception responsibilities.
  • Previous medical spa experience preferred.
