This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that service requests are completed on time, accurately, and in line with customer requirements.

Pay Range: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks and ensure that technicians have the necessary resources and information by working closely with them.
  • Schedule and arrange service appointments and guarantee that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and process service documentation, including work orders, invoices, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service schedules, and equipment maintenance history.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service standards.
  • Assist the service department with daily duties to maintain efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent additional coursework or certifications in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience required, previous experience in service coordination is preferred.
  • Plumbing background considered an asset.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), scheduling software, and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Basic understanding of Plumbing systems and terminology preferred.
