Our solutions are known for precision, reliability, and superior diagnostic quality, enabling clinicians to deliver better patient outcomes.

We are expanding in the Canadian market and seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive growth across Eastern Canada.

Position Summary

The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for Ray America’s dental imaging equipment across Eastern Canada. This role requires a hunter mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to sell high-value capital equipment in a consultative manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy targeting dental clinics, DSOs, and specialists
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to dentists and key decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle:
  • Lead generation → Qualification → Demo → Proposal → Close
  • Build strong relationships with:
  • Dentists, oral surgeons, and clinic owners
  • Distributors and industry partners
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction
  • Represent Ray America at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally capital equipment or medical/dental)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong ability to manage a multi-province territory independently
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Eastern Canada

Preferred:

  • Experience in dental, implant, medical devices, or imaging equipment sales
  • Existing relationships with:
  • Dental clinics or DSOs
  • Healthcare distribution channels
  • Experience with high-value, solution-based selling

Additional (for Quebec candidates):

  • Fluency in both English and French (required for Montreal-based role)
