Full job description

ProRepair Technician

  • Promptly inspect, diagnose, and repair customer equipment received in house.
  • Inspect and repair dental hand pieces and/or
  • inspect and test electronic equipment, components and assemblies using various tools and instruments found in medical, veterinary, and dental offices.
  • Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment, assemblies and components following equipment manuals and schematics and using soldering tools and other hand and power tools.
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers for troubleshooting, repair, testing and maintenance inquiries.
  • Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports.
  • Create, update, and maintain all computer repair records.
  • Repair all incoming loaner inventory to ensure next customer receives a functioning loaner item.
  • Return defective parts to vendor for warranty replacement.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts.
  • Assist with other duties and projects as required
  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards
  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per hour
