Full job description

Nailor Industries Inc. is an industry leading global manufacturer of heating, ventilation and air conditioning products.

We are seeking a Machine set-up & repair worker for our North York manufacturing plant at 98 Toryork Drive, Toronto, ON, M9L 1X6.

Pay Rate:

· Starting rate: $23.31/hour

· After completing 4 months probation - benefits

Job Duties:

· Repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting of various types of machinery and equipment (punch presses, shears, brakes, welders, etc.)

· Maintaining of material handling equipment such as fork truck and hand pump trucks

· Performing arc welding, oxy-acetylene, cutting, TIG and brazing when applicable

· Conducting general building maintenance

· Troubleshoot and maintain stamping dies

· Perform preventative maintenance

Skills Required:

· Not less than 2 years of experience with a lathe, milling machines, surface grinders and other machine shop tools

· Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics, use precision tools and measuring devices

· Provide solution to typical or unique equipment, tools and building problems

· Promptly respond to maintenance requests in a professional and effective manner
