We are a modern, physician-led medical clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and state-of-the-art aesthetic services. We are expanding our hair restoration program and are seeking a skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Hair Transplant Technician to join our growing team.

We are seeking a skilled Hair Transplant Technician to join our team. Based at our clinic, this role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality cosmetic procedures that align with our commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction.
Job Summary

The Hair Transplant Technician will assist the physician during hair restoration procedures, including Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT). The ideal candidate has excellent manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians during FUE and FUT hair transplant procedures.
  • Perform follicular unit dissection, sorting, counting, and graft preparation.
  • Implant grafts under physician supervision (where permitted).
  • Prepare and maintain sterile surgical instruments and treatment rooms.
  • Assist with local anesthesia preparation and patient positioning.
  • Monitor graft hydration and viability throughout procedures.
  • Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
  • Ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional patient experience.
  • Maintain inventory of surgical supplies and equipment.

QualificationsRequired

  • Previous experience as a Hair Transplant Technician or Hair Transplant Assistant.
  • Experience with FUE procedures.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently during long surgical procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with both FUE and FUT techniques.
  • Medical or surgical assisting experience.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Experience in cosmetic surgery or dermatology clinics.
