WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DESIGN-BUILD CREW MEMBER!

Position Title:

Design-Build Crew Member (Luxury Landscape Construction)

Reports to: ◻ Design-Build Foreman

$24 - $40/hr + Full Benefits + Career Growth

As a Design-Build Crew Member, you’ll be part of a team building large scale landscape construction projects, high-end residential environments, and full scale pool and hardscape builds. Our work requires precision, planning, and pride in execution. This is not basic landscaping, it’s construction-focused, detail-driven work done at a high standard.

POSITION TYPE:

Full time, year round (including winter)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Build & Install – Execute daily site specific tasks and hardscape installations, including comprehensive patios, retaining walls, and many other projects.

Master Your Craft – Learn new skills, improve existing ones, and take pride in doing high quality work the right way.

Keep Projects on Track – Assist with material handling, site prep, organization, and clean up to keep projects moving efficiently.

Work as a Team – Support foremen, crew leads, and team members with a positive, professional attitude.

Commit to Safety – Follow all company and industry safety standards at all times.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • On-site at project locations within HRM and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, repeatedly through an entire work shift.
  • Physically demanding, fast-paced work requiring good stamina and focus.
  • Regular work around heavy equipment and other loud construction tools.
  • Outdoor work in all conditions: heat, cold, rain, snow, and dusty/noisy environments.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1-2 years of experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, or a related field.
  • Willing to Learn –Entry-level applicants with strong work ethic and attitude will be considered.
  • Team Player – You show up, contribute, and support the people around you.
  • Detail Oriented & Coachable – You care about quality and take feedback seriously.
  • Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver’s License – Required for commuting to work and operating company vehicles.
