Delivery and Installation Specialist — Winnipeg, MB

About the role
The Delivery and Installation Specialist is the face of The Stevens Company for customers across the Winnipeg region, delivering medical equipment and supplies safely, on time, and with the professionalism our healthcare partners depend on. Working closely with the Winnipeg distribution team and Sales, this role combines careful driving, hands-on installation support, and genuine customer care.

What you'll do

  • Confirm the preloaded truck is ready and accurate before departing on each delivery route
  • Gather and organize all required paperwork prior to deliveries
  • Deliver product to customers per their requirements, obtaining signatures and completing all required paperwork
  • Process customer returns, complete the appropriate paperwork, and return items to the warehouse
  • Update delivery manifests with accurate reason codes
  • Address and resolve customer feedback on the spot where possible, informing your supervisor of any outstanding issues
  • Maintain a clean, presentable delivery vehicle at all times
  • Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns
  • Follow safe work practices on the road and at customer sites
  • Load and offload palletized material from the delivery truck
  • Check delivered product against the packing slip or order, noting any discrepancies
  • Support white-glove delivery and installation services in partnership with the Sales team
  • Respond to client requests with flexibility, representing Stevens as a quality ambassador at every stop

What you bring

  • 1-3 years of combined commercial driving experience
  • Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class, with a clean driving record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and paperwork accurately
  • Good analytical skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and safely load/unload palletized material
  • Comfortable working independently on assigned routes with minimal supervision
