Full job description

The Headache, Migraine & Concussion Centre (HMCC) is an established, community-based specialty clinic in Ajax, Ontario, serving patients throughout Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area.

Our practice is dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care for adults living with chronic migraine, headache disorders, concussion-related headaches and selected chronic pain conditions. Many of our patients have experienced persistent symptoms and difficulty accessing specialized care closer to home.

HMCC brings together migraine specialists, interventional pain physicians, anesthesiologists, registered nurses, nurse practitioners and other allied healthcare providers within a collaborative outpatient environment. This team-based model supports thoughtful assessment, treatment optimization, interventional care and ongoing follow-up based on each patient’s individual needs.

Our established referral network and strong patient demand allow physicians to begin caring for patients without building their own referral base. An experienced administrative and clinical team supports scheduling, referrals, billing coordination and patient flow, allowing physicians to focus more of their time on patient care.

HMCC offers flexible, predictable daytime scheduling with no hospital call required through the clinic. We value clinical excellence, professional collaboration, continuity of care and a positive patient experience while supporting physicians in balancing meaningful clinical work with their professional and personal priorities.
