Full job description

What makes Paxman a great place to work?

At Paxman, we’re on a mission to make scalp cooling accessible for everyone. We’re chasing zero hair loss and investigating other ways to mitigate the devastating side effects of chemotherapy.

What began as a husband’s goal to help his beloved wife, Sue, hold on to a part of herself during chemotherapy, has transformed into a global mission to offer privacy, normality, emotional wellbeing and a degree of control to hundreds of thousands facing the same cancer battle.

Together, we have not only changed the conversation around chemotherapy-induced alopecia but have also advanced the broader mission to improve the overall experience of cancer treatment.

Sue was the spark that ignited more than just a business, but a movement – one that never would have been possible without the passionate, dedicated and skilled people who have joined the Paxman family in a shared goal that began all those years ago.

This is why Paxman invests in its greatest strength, its people.

The Paxman Values

The values that we uphold are what drives us every day. They’re not just words on a wall; they shape everything we do.

Determination – To deliver our very best: to evolve and grow through focused change.

One Global Team – We are respectful, supportive, and inclusive, and lead and learn from each other with a fun, family spirit. We appreciate the diversity of ideas and people. Together we make the difference.

Commitment – To patient-centric decision making at the heart of all strategy and continuous research and innovation to ensure a longer term, strong, and sustainable business.

Passion – Approach every day with positivity and pride, a willingness to grow, learn, and challenge ourselves and better those around us.

Integrity – We are honest, open, ethical and fair; approachable and trustworthy in all that we do, and value equity and dignity for all.
