Représentant interne B2B
Mission principale
Le représentant interne B2B est responsable de propulser la croissance des ventes en développant et en qualifiant un réseau de professionnels de la santé (médecins, physiothérapeutes, chiropraticiens, cliniques spécialisées). Axé sur la performance et l'établissement de relations de confiance professionnelles, il gère le cycle de vente initial et soutient la gestion des comptes nationaux.
Responsabilités clés
- Développement des affaires : Identifier, cibler et contacter activement les professionnels de la santé et les décideurs de cliniques pour présenter nos technologies médicales de pointe.
- Qualification et conseil : Comprendre les besoins cliniques et d'affaires des prospects, évaluer leur potentiel et positionner l'avantage concurrentiel de nos équipements.
- Gestion du cycle de vente : Assurer les suivis rigoureux par téléphone, courriel et visioconférence afin de convertir les opportunités en ventes ou de planifier des démonstrations cliniques.
- Soutien aux comptes clients : Participer activement à la rétention, à la satisfaction et à l'optimisation du portefeuille de comptes nationaux de l'entreprise.
- Suivi CRM : Documenter avec précision toutes les interactions, les opportunités et les étapes de vente dans le système CRM pour maintenir une visibilité claire sur le pipeline.
Profil recherché
- Expérience : Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en ventes internes, idéalement dans le secteur médical, technologique ou des équipements de santé.
- Approche client : Excellente habileté à communiquer avec des professionnels de la santé (médecins, spécialistes) en adoptant un ton crédible, scientifique et axé sur les résultats cliniques/ROI.
- Langues : Bilinguisme fluide (français et anglais), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour gérer efficacement les comptes à l'échelle nationale.
- Compétences : Forte autonomie, rigueur dans le suivi des processus, et esprit d'équipe pour collaborer étroitement avec les départements de marketing et du service technique.
Rémunération : 60 000,00$ à 90 000,00$ par an
