Launch Your Manufacturing Career as an Associate Machine Operator in a High-Tech Medical Device Environment
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Associate Machine Operator in the Life Sciences Industry in Ottawa, Ontario.
Join a leading manufacturing team as an Associate Machine Operator, supporting the production of innovative medical devices. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to build technical skills in a regulated, fast-paced environment, with structured training to grow into a full machine operator position.
A typical day:
  • Perform foundational production tasks such as component picking and line boxing
  • Operate and support automated and semi-automated equipment
  • Load raw materials and monitor machine output
  • Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality
  • Follow SOPs, GMP standards, and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized production workspace
  • Complete production documentation accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets

Requirements:
  • Demonstrate experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Provide Canadian education or credential equivalency
  • Show ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Total compensation:
  • $21.00 hourly
  • Earn competitive hourly pay and 4% vacation, paid weekly
  • Work a consistent 4-on, 4-off rotating schedule
