We specialise in advanced injectable and skin treatments, including Botox®, dermal fillers, PRP, microneedling, chemical peels and skin rejuvenation.

With thousands of healthcare professionals trained each year, our mission is to provide outstanding education through expert educators, small class sizes and hands-on practical experience. As we continue to expand across North America, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Representative to help drive our growth in the United States.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our North American team. Although based in Canada, you will primarily be responsible for converting enquiries and generating new business across the United States.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll engage with doctors, nurses, dentists, physician associates, nurse practitioners and other licensed medical professionals interested in aesthetic training.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and ideally possess previous experience within the aesthetics, medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound enquiries from prospective delegates across the United States.
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Consult with healthcare professionals to recommend suitable training programmes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars and event enquiries.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our course portfolio.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to maximise course occupancy.
  • Represent Derma Institute professionally and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with our training programmes, products and industry developments.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in a high-performing sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, organised and self-driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent telephone and closing skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently from home.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within medical aesthetics.
  • Medical device sales.
  • Pharmaceutical sales.
  • Cosmetic clinic sales.
  • Healthcare recruitment or education sales.
  • Existing knowledge of Botox, dermal fillers, PRP or other aesthetic treatments.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of CAD $55,000 per annum.
  • Uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential.
  • Full training on all Derma Institute courses and services.
  • Opportunities for career progression within a rapidly expanding international business.
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Employee discounts on training courses.
  • Work with one of the fastest-growing aesthetics training providers in North America.

Working Hours

  • Full-time.
  • Includes every Saturday as part of the working week.
  • Two consecutive days off during the week.
  • Additional flexibility may be required during busy periods.

Why Join Derma Institute?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an internationally recognised aesthetics training provider at a time of significant expansion across the United States. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships and want to work within the rapidly growing medical aesthetics industry, we'd love to hear from you.
