What you'll do
Responsibilities
As Sr. Product Manager, you will lead and mentor a product development team of cross-functional Product, Design and Engineering to understand and solve our market's most urgent problems, and will be accountable for their outcomes.
- Define the product vision and strategy for a key Dash Social product pillar, driving buy-in from senior management and stakeholders.
- Take an idea from problem definition to launch.
- Work in close collaboration with empowered team members in design and development to conduct user research to identify priority problem areas.
- Communicate user stories, product requirements, and the business importance of a feature with all stakeholders involved in the product process.
- Collaborate closely with Design on problem definition, user testing and solution design.
- Clearly communicate market problems and proposed value propositions in collaboration with Product Marketing.
- Process, review, and understand customer usage patterns - leveraging AI to surface signals across qualitative and quantitative sources at scale - to uncover new product insights.
- Gather and organize feedback from end users, and proactively present findings and recommendations to the product team and departmental stakeholders to guide product roadmap decisions and improve adoption.
- Act as a product subject matter expert to support sales opportunities and customer calls, partnering with sales leads to complete RFI and RFP documentation and managing customer expectations.
- Execute quality assurance testing pre-launch to ensure product design and functionality requirements are met.
- Define and monitor success metrics pre and post-product launch.
- Identify, scope, and ship AI-powered capabilities within your pillar - from co-pilots that assist users to agents that automate work - partnering with engineering on model selection, latency, and cost tradeoffs.
- Use AI tooling daily to compress your own cycle time - synthesizing customer feedback at scale, drafting PRDs, querying product analytics, and running competitive teardowns.
What you'll need
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Hyper-organized and detail-oriented with a high expectation of quality.
- Exceptional communication skills, serving as a key cross-functional leader who can articulate solutions and business value behind ideas, and who is adept at building buy-in and influencing strategic direction across the organization.
- Highly ambitious, self-starting, and self-motivating with the ability to jump into any conversation and work collaboratively across all teams at Dash Social.
- Able to work independently conducting proper qualitative and quantitative research to distill meaningful outcomes from many information sources.
- Successfully manage and execute multiple projects at one time.
- Strong critical thinker with the ability to iterate and remove ideas and features that prove to be insufficient.
- Demonstrated history of confident and autonomous decision-making, even in ambiguous situations. You are viewed as a key thought leader with deep expertise in customer needs, domain knowledge, and market dynamics.
- Strong record of utilizing data analysis to inform decision making.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- AI-fluent: you've shipped AI/LLM-powered features (or built them on the side), understand the patterns and tradeoffs of RAG, agents, evals, and prompt design, and have a clear point of view on where AI helps users vs. where it gets in the way.
- You use AI tools as a force multiplier in your own workflow - not as a novelty - and can teach the rest of the team what's working.
