About the Opportunity

As one of the fastest growing implant companies in the industry that achieved significant year-over-year growth, Hiossen Implant Canada is expanding!

We are currently looking for a full-time Territory Sales Representative, to cover our Ontario territory. The role based in GTA or surrounding areas, with frequent on-site visits to prospective leads or existing business in your client portfolio.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop effective sales plans and execute daily sales activities to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service delivery while identifying potential new sales opportunities.
  • Develop territory action plans through comprehensive data analysis, adjusting sales techniques based on field interactions.
  • Proactively assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share of Hiossen product.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and handling objections.
  • Network effectively to enhance the presence and reputation of the branch and the company by conducting in-person visits to dental offices.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on and assist with the collection of outstanding accounts receivables.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Direct or outside sales experience in Dental or Medical Device Industry would be an asset
  • Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver license, vehicle, safe driving record, and have auto insurance
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged period of sitting, walking, and standing at customer’s office and other meeting locations
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Must be able to drive
