Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dental Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental products and services to dental professionals. Your expertise in technical sales and business development will be essential for building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, dental hygienists, and practice managers.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored product solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
  • Utilize telemarketing efforts to reach prospective clients, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Leverage CRM to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.

Product Demonstrations & Technical Expertise

  • Present product demonstrations and provide in-depth technical information to clients and prospects.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements to effectively position our offerings.

Negotiation & Sales Closure

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitable partnerships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.

Tradeshow Representation & CE Course Promotion

  • Represent the company at national and regional tradeshows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Actively promote our Continuing Education (CE) courses and other professional development programs to existing and potential clients.
  • Network with industry professionals to expand brand visibility and gather market intelligence.

Marketing & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help shape marketing strategies and product development.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic sales plans, aligning with the company’s objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Technical Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with technical sales processes and business development strategies.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with ZOHO or similar CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present and demonstrate products effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate pricing and close deals.
  • Telemarketing Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Knowledge of technology sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Results-Driven: A proactive approach with a strong desire to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to Travel: Readiness to attend tradeshows, CE courses, and client meetings as required.
