Our product line includes blood pressure monitors, thermometers, pulse oximeters, diabetes care products, first aid products, hot and cold therapy products, support braces, and other health-related products designed for pharmacy retail.
Job Description
We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Territory Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be assigned a sales territory and will be responsible for introducing Path Pharm products to retail pharmacies, building long-term customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and driving sales growth.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys:
- Face-to-face sales
- Building relationships with pharmacy owners and healthcare professionals
- Travelling within an assigned territory
- Working independently with clear sales goals
- Growing with a Canadian healthcare product company
Key Responsibilities
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will:
- Visit retail pharmacies within your assigned territory to introduce and sell Path Pharm products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, pharmacists, and front-shop staff
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features, benefits, and selling points of Path Pharm products
- Develop your territory by identifying new pharmacy accounts and following up with existing customers
- Maintain regular communication with customers to support reorders, product questions, and long-term account growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets and sales activity expectations
- Track sales activities, customer feedback, and territory progress
- Represent Path Pharm professionally in the field and at pharmacy events, trade shows, or conferences when needed
- Stay informed about Path Pharm products, competitors, and the pharmacy retail market
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- Previous sales experience, strongly preferred
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical devices, diabetes care, consumer health products, or retail sales, considered an asset
- Existing relationships with pharmacy owners or pharmacy professionals, highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A self-motivated and results-driven attitude
- Ability to manage a sales territory independently
- Comfort visiting pharmacies in person and speaking with business owners and healthcare professionals
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
Compensation
This role offers a base salary plus commission.
Successful full-time representatives are expected to earn $80,000+ per year through a combination of base salary and commission, with higher earning potential for strong performers.
This is a performance-driven sales role. Ongoing success in the position depends on meeting reasonable sales activity, territory development, and sales performance expectations.
