What you’ll do here:

  • Drive sales of HVAC applied equipment solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, facility managers, and building owners
  • Identify and pursue retrofit, & replacement
  • Provide technical product recommendations based on customer application requirements
  • Prepare quotations, pricing, and proposals for project opportunities
  • Manage opportunities from initial inquiry through quotation, order placement, and follow-up
  • Support contractors with pricing, product selection, and application guidance
  • Collaborate with internal sales, operations, and manufacturer partners
  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Represent the company through customer meetings, site visits, and ongoing account development

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of HVAC sales or mechanical industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and applied equipment.
  • Experience working with consulting engineers and the specification process.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a project-based sales cycle.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
