Join Us at Centricity Research!

Centricity Research is one of the largest clinical research networks in North America. We are a fully centralized Integrated Research Organization (IRO) specializing in conducting Phase I-IV clinical trials in over 35 therapeutic areas: inpatient and outpatient; pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device trials.

About the role

We’re looking for a Bilingual (English & French) Patient Recruitment Specialist to help drive enrollment for our clinical studies. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our recruitment efforts – engaging with potential participants, reviewing eligibility criteria, and ensuring we find the right candidates for the right studies. If you’re detail-oriented, people-focused, and interested in healthcare or research, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a purpose-driven environment.

What you'll do

  • Partner with site staff and broader recruitment team to support enrollment and retention strategies
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email within 24–48 hours
  • Maintain accurate records and track recruitment activity in clinical databases and systems
  • Review candidate profiles for study fit and make outreach calls to share opportunities
  • Help problem-solve and brainstorm creative ways to improve enrollment
  • Share feedback and recruitment results with the team to help us grow
  • Occasionally represent Centricity at local community events to raise awareness of clinical trials
  • Jump in and support the broader research or recruitment team as needed

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • You enjoy connecting with people and building rapport over the phone, email, or video, making others feel heard, informed, and supported, even from a distance
  • Are highly organized and like keeping track of conversations, timelines, and follow-ups
  • Have a natural curiosity about healthcare, research, or how things work behind the scenes in medicine
  • Like working on a team, jumping in to help others, and being part of something meaningful
  • Are flexible and proactive - if you see something that needs doing, you do it
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, even when juggling multiple priorities
  • Are excited about contributing to a mission that advances medical research and patient care
