About the role:

As a Product Manager within our dynamic team, you will be at the forefront of developing and managing cutting-edge wireless solutions, primarily tailored to law enforcement, defense, and intelligence markets. Your role will involve leveraging your deep understanding of wireless technologies and the unique requirements of these sectors to drive product development from concept to commercialization.

What you'll do:

  • Identify market needs and opportunities within the targeted sectors;
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and market demands;
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to understand emerging trends, technologies, and competitor strategies;
  • Build relationships with key targeted stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts;
  • Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals;
  • Collaborate with customers to collect feedback and understand evolving requirements;
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market and sales strategies, including thought leadership and trade shows;
  • Stay up to date on regulatory and standards changes that may impact product development and deployment;
  • Participate actively in customer bids and proposals;
  • 20% Travel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science).
  • Proven experience in product management (minimum 5 years), preferably in wireless communications or related technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies, both commercial and defense, for example cellular.
  • 5 years experience in the SIGINT/EW market segment, bringing products to market or customer programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication in English, leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to obtain NATO Secret clearance with possibility of Top Secret (TS);
  • Spoken and written French (an asset).
