Department: Process Operations
Reports to: Director, Process Operations - Product Creation
Location: North Vancouver, BC
Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Senior Manager, Process Operations – Product Creation & Advanced Concepts, you drive operational excellence across our product creation supply chain functions, as well as strategic integration of Advanced Concepts (AC) innovation into the broader business ecosystem. You are accountable for seasonal delivery, process optimization through cross-functional alignment, connected and seamless I2C enablement, and integrating AC early-stage innovation into mainline processes and operating models.
You operate at the intersection of product development, materials, and sourcing to connect internal teams, driving seasonal and strategic priorities that align to business objectives. You play a pivotal role in partnering with the Innovation Incubation squad to accelerate validated concepts into pilot, commercialization, and scale.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

We lead enterprise alignment to connect innovation, operations, and commercialization - fueled by efficiency and transparency. As part of this team, you play a critical role in integrating Advanced Concepts with the broader business, helping turn innovation into scalable, market-ready impact.
If you were in the Senior Manager, Product Creation & AC Integration - Process Operations role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Leading the operational integration for Advanced Concepts outputs into in-season pathways
- Partnering with the Innovation Incubation squad to transition concepts into pilots and market-ready solutions
- Facilitating cross-functional alignment to deliverables within the Product Creation and Advanced Concepts teams
- Leading seasonal I2C delivery across product development, materials, sourcing and planning teams
- Driving partnership across functional operations, and product and design teams to ensure collaborative, solution-oriented approach to seasonal delivery
- Developing governance models, KPIs, and tracking systems for incubation programs
- Overseeing portfolio planning, resource allocation, and budget (CAPEX & OPEX)
- Driving alignment and decision-making across senior stakeholders
- Enabling project teams with clear frameworks, RACI structures, and execution rigor
- Managing external partnerships and innovation ecosystem relationships

Are you our next Senior Manager, Process Operations - Product Creation & AC
- You have 8+ years’ experience in innovation management, product development, or operations in an apparel creation environment
- You have proven experience in project management with a diverse and highly cross-functional portfolio
- You have proven experience influencing senior leadership in cross-functional environments
- You have a strong understanding of the product creation environment
- You have a strong understanding of materials, manufacturing, and product lifecycle
- You have financial acumen including budgeting and business case development
- You excel with stakeholder alignment and communication skills
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement

Compensation
Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
