Location: Vancouver, Lower Mainland, BC | Full-Time (On the Road)

About MedPro Respiratory Care
MedPro Respiratory Care is a trusted provider of CPAP therapy, respiratory equipment, and sleep testing services across British Columbia. We partner closely with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver timely, high-quality patient care.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Physician Engagement & Partnerships Manager to strengthen referral relationships and expand our presence across the Lower Mainland.

Role Overview
This role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with family physicians, clinics, and healthcare partners. You will play a key role in supporting referral growth for our CPAP, respiratory, and sleep services, while acting as a bridge between physicians and our clinical teams.

This position will be primarily focused on Vancouver, with support across surrounding Lower Mainland communities and Vancouver island.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with referring physicians and clinics
  • Support growth in referrals for CPAP, respiratory care, and sleep testing
  • Maintain and nurture existing clinic and hospital partnerships
  • Identify new opportunities for community engagement and growth
  • Act as a trusted, responsive point of contact for healthcare partners
  • Represent MedPro professionally in clinics and healthcare settings
  • Track outreach activity and share insights with leadership

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong understanding of physician engagement and referral pathways
  • CPAP or respiratory/sleep care experience is a strong asset
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
