Principales responsabilités :
- Au sein de l'équipe d'ingénierie de l'amélioration continue, vous travaillez sur de multiples projets liés aux opérations, notamment la fabrication, l'hygiène, la qualité et la maintenance.
- Collecter et analyser des données en suivant une méthodologie structurée (DMAIC) afin de mettre en œuvre des améliorations durables dans tous les aspects des opérations.
- Au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire, l'ingénieur en amélioration continue soutiendra la planification et l'exécution de projets clés d'amélioration continue sous la direction du chef d'équipe de l'ingénieur en amélioration continue.
- Soutenir les activités de mise en service de nouveaux équipements et de nouvelles lignes de fabrication.
- Créer un environnement propice à l'amélioration continue et à la production allégée
- Diriger des sessions de formation pour plusieurs équipes, y compris la production, l'hygiène, la qualité et la maintenance.
- Contribuer au dépannage et à l'achèvement des projets pour leur permettre de porter leurs fruits.
- Veiller à ce que l'environnement de travail soit toujours sécuritaire.

- Formation post-secondaire en ingénierie avec une moyenne de 3,5+ sur 4,0
- Brillant(e), motivé(e) et conscient(e) de ses futurs objectifs de carrière
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement, à être ambitieux et à proposer de nouvelles idées innovantes
- Attitude positive et esprit orienté vers les résultats

Main responsibilities:
- Within the continuous improvement engineering team, you will work on multiple projects related to operations, including manufacturing, hygiene, quality and maintenance.
- Collect and analyze data following a structured methodology (DMAIC) in order to implement sustainable improvements in all aspects of operations.
- Within a multidisciplinary team, the continuous improvement engineer will support the planning and execution of key continuous improvement projects under the direction of the continuous improvement engineering team leader.
- Supporting the commissioning activities of new equipment and new production lines.
- Create an environment conducive to continuous improvement and lean production
- Conduct training sessions for multiple teams, including production, hygiene, quality and maintenance.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and completing projects to enable them to bear fruit.
- Ensure that the work environment is always safe.
About you:
- Post-secondary engineering education with a GPA of 3.5+ out of 4.0
- Bright, motivated, and aware of their future career goals
