We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research & Database Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and product research within the medical device industry
  • Extract, organize, and analyze large datasets using MS Excel
  • Maintain and validate purchase order and SKU data for accuracy
  • Support the development of syndicated and custom market reports
  • Perform secondary research using industry, company, and government sources
  • Prepare baseline market analyses and investigate data discrepancies
  • Collaborate closely with research analysts
  • Track project progress and maintain research timelines
  • Assist with client-related data inquiries and reporting needs

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
  • 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry is considered an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting is an asset

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8-hour shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
